As i have to face living a year alone in “good old Germany” while my very good friend Sophie is doing an au-pair year at the United States, i have to keep her informed about the life here.
In addition: maybe it’s the diary i never wrote…. 😉

As you may have noticed, i’m not a native english speaker. So i appreciate every correction of syntax, grammar or spelling and every bit of criticism, as long as it’s constructive!

This will be kind of a german-english-mixed blog. Mainly it will (should…) be english – it’s a good practise! But i know me better, so i’m sure there’ll be some very lazy days. This will be the days i write in german… So if you understand both – good for you. If you just understand one language, keep checking! Maybe, the next post’s for you. 😉
